A resource to integrate the development of problem solving skills as a regular element of KS3 mathematics learning. The pack consists of 10 copies of the booklet to support teacher planning and a CD or USB with a powerpoint bank of well formulated, graded problems across all strands of mathematics. Strands are divided into units that are easily identified within the department's existing programme of study.

The animated powerpoints  include question prompts to allow modelling and classroom discussion.

The graded presentation of the mathematics allows the development and strengthening of skills in problem solving to support secure progression in skill application. This encourages pupils to access and solve problems of increasing challenge and provides a firm foundation for future mathematics learning.
